Arrived In Olympic Village
An 11 hour flight to Beijing, a 1.5 hour flight to Qingdao and a 1 hour bus ride became a decent sized trip. Arriving in Village was spectacular. The Buildings were lit up and the city of Qingdao was buzzing with the anticipation of the biggest sporting event about to begin.

Vancouver, CAN Prep for Olympics
I am Training full tilt right now in Vancouver, with JP Tobin (6th in the World), and Dave Hays (Canadian Sparing Partner). The intensity is high and the anticipation is high. The Olympics is just around the corner and now is the time to not hold back anything for training. will keep you all posted.
